MARKETING UNDERUTILIZED FUNDS AND PROGRAMS TO DIVERSE BUSINESSES L.A. COUNTY-WIDE
Allegra was awarded a competitive RFP from the L.A. County to develop a county-wide communication strategy, marketing plan and implementation program for a pool of underutilized county funds. Our talented communications and graphic design team developed “SMART Funding,” which all county business loan programs are now referred to. The fresh and vibrant color palette, contemporary font selection and multifaceted communications plan is being implemented and managed by the Allegra team where direct mailers are strategically sent to businesses, supported by industry-related press releases, social media and event exhibit marketing. Allegra trained CDC staff through a brand ambassador program to ensure all employees are familiar with SMART Funding’s values, benefits, objectives, goals and key talking points. The following creative design consisted of the following:
